Delete your Valore account

You can delete your account and all linked data at any time, directly from the app.

From the app

1. Open Valore.
2. Tap the profile icon at the top right of the Home screen.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• your profile (name, city, market, platforms);
• all valued items, with their photos, prices, history and alerts;
• generated listings;
• the usage log (scans and credits used).

Database backups are overwritten within 30 days.

Subscription and credits

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: subscriptions are managed by Apple. Before deleting your account, cancel from Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Valore. Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted.

No longer have the app?

If you have uninstalled the app and want us to delete your data, write to us at info@toot.srl or by PEC at toot@kelipec.it. We will ask you for some information to identify your account (for example the approximate date you used the app and the items you valued), because the account is anonymous.
